With a drag-and-drop form builder, you can easily create contact forms, quizzes, surveys, or any other form you need without any code.

Fluent Forms offers advanced conditional logic. It allows users to create smart forms that adjust dynamically based on user responses.

Cool Feature:

There are not many mature all-in-one form builders that offer an LTD (lifetime deal). Fluent Forms is one of them.

Gravity Forms (1st place in The WP Awards 2023)

Cool Feature:

Gravity From offers a lot of add-ons and integration, expanding its functionality. This makes it a powerful option for complex form needs.

On top of this, there are extra 47 plugins, powered by Gravity Wiz, that add new features for Gravity Forms.

Bit Form is an advanced, feature-rich, and well-integrated form plugin. Its performance is exceptional compared to other plugins I’ve tested. It is highly underrated and definitely worth considering. Its functionality is at least as good as, if not better than, its competitors.

Cool Feature:

There are not many advanced form builders that offer an LTD (lifetime deal). Bit Form is one of them. If I hadn’t bought a Fluent Form LTD, I would’ve seriously considered Bit Form LTD.

To me, this plugin is just as high-quality and easy-to-use as my beloved Fluent Forms.

What I don’t like is that the prices lack transparency. The sales page doesn’t clearly show whether it’s a one-time payment or yearly charges. However, upon clicking the Buy button, you discover that it’s actually a recurring payment, and the price goes up in the second year.

Sometimes, simplicity is the key to efficiency. If you need a speedy and straightforward form plugin, give weForms a shot.

Thrive Leads

I used to be really into Thrive Suite. It’s got a WordPress theme and a bunch of plugins, including forms and quizzes, to help turn site visitors into leads and clients.

The form plugin, Thrive Leads, is all about “conversion optimization and list-building strategy” in one nifty plugin.

Besides the standard form stuff, it’s got different popups with different triggers like exit intent, integrates with some email service providers, lets you do A/B testing, and has targeting options.

You can buy Thrive Leads (as well as Quiz Builder) plugin separately, but they don’t quite unleash the full power of Thrive. So, eventually, you might end up grabbing the whole Thrive Suite.

What are the downsides of Thrive Suite?

Well, you might find that the separately bought plugins have better features than the ones of the Suite itself.

Also, integrating with other third-party plugins isn’t its strong suit. Stick to their ecosystem, and you’re good to go. Plenty of users are happy with Thrive Suite, but if you need extra bells and whistles, that could be a hiccup.

You can also control the visibility of the form fields based on user roles. Awesome feature!

However, Jetpack can slow down your site if it loads extra jQuery or bloated JS, especially with many features enabled. Recently, Jetpack has been optimized by eliminating the reliance on third-party JS. You can also disable unnecessary modules and only enable the ones you need.

If you need to create a basic contact form and already use Jetpack plugin, Jetpack Forms could be an option.

To get a free Contact Form 7 Styler, simply install the “The Plus Blocks for Block Editor” plugin, which includes 85+ other Gutenberg blocks.
If you want the paid version, you’ll need to purchase the bundle of all 85+ Blocks & Extensions.

In conditional logic your next question depends on the answer to the previous one. So you will never ask your clients why they love your product if they’ve already answered that they hate it.

Missing Feature:

I absolutely love this plugin and highly recommend it. However, there are a few things you should know about.

It doesn’t come with spam protection features like reCAPTCHA, double opt-in confirmation, and honeypot. However, it’s not probably a big deal because bots have a hard time navigating through dynamic formats.
It doesn’t have any payment gateways like PayPal or Stripe. If you want to monetize your quizzes, you’ll need a cart plugin.

Quiz Survey Master has some cool features like quiz making, social sharing, timed quizzes, and even integration with email marketing platforms, analytics tools, payment gateways, and automation services.

It’s not super advanced compared to other all-in-one form plugins, but it’s definitely user-friendly with a great UX/UI.

If you’re looking for a plugin that can do it all with lots of customization options, you might want to check out other options. But if you’re mainly into creating online quizzes and want something easy to use, Quiz Survey Master is a solid choice.

I used to be a big fan of Thrive Suite. It has a WordPress theme and several plugins (including quiz and form plugins) that help convert site visitors into leads and clients.

The quiz plugin, Thrive Quiz Builder, is all about increasing user engagement, building email lists, and improving lead segmentation.

Besides the trivia quiz stuff, it’s got several types of quizzes, an opt-in gateway, quiz branching, and lets you do A/B testing.

You can buy the Quiz Builder plugin (as well as Thrive Leads plugin) separately, but they don’t quite unleash the full power of Thrive. So, eventually, you might end up grabbing the whole Thrive Suite.

What are the downsides of Thrive Suite?

Well, you might find that the separately bought plugins have better features than the ones of the Suite itself. Also, integrating with other third-party plugins isn’t its strong suit.

Stick to their ecosystem, and you’re good to go. Plenty of users are happy with Thrive Suite, but if you need extra bells and whistles, that could be a hiccup.

I have been using Kadence Form as my go-to form builder for quite a while now.

The free version works perfectly fine for creating basic contact or subscription forms.

The paid version offers some fantastic advanced features that truly enhance the form-building experience:

hidden fields (for tracking marketing campaign success with UTM),

The idea is pretty similar to many other blocks for Gutenberg, the default WordPress editor. You can’t use a standalone form plugin; you’ll need to use the entire block bundle.
